We do accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges (If Applicable)
To be eligible for a refund for whatever reason, you must first email us within 10 days of receiving your parcel. We will ship out a replacement for damaged items, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. We do not accept returns on preowned (secondhand) bicycles parts or accessories

Lost or Stolen Packages
Zim Cycles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Zim Cycles will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Support will give you shipping instructions!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon request, we may be able to provide a pre-paid return shipping label, and deduct the cost from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
